A Guide to the Different Packages Offered by Mobile Detailing Companies in Westminster

 When deciding on how you are going to get your car detailed, there are a lot of options to consider. You have to decide if you want to do mobile detailing or not, look at different companies, their reviews, their pricing, and determine how to book an appointment. For every company you look at, there will be different packages and pricing options. Even as a detailer, this can be overwhelming and confusing looking at all of the different options and packages offered by other detailers. I made this guide to simplify the different packages that most mobile detailers offer and explain what certain services entail.

After working in the detailing industry for a while, I've noticed that there is a basic industry standard of what a full interior detail includes. Most companies will consider a thorough vacuuming, shampooing of all carpets and clothe seats, cleaning and conditioning of all plastics and leather, and the cleaning of door jambs and inside of the windows as a full interior detail. Some companies will also offer a smaller interior detailing package that includes all of the same elements as a typical full interior cleaning package without the shampooing of carpets or seats. This may also not include conditioning of plastics and leather.

For mobile detailing, the most common exterior service offered will be a wash and wax. This service typically includes a thorough cleaning of the wheels and tires, an exterior foam wash, clay bar treatment, and wax. This service also usually includes tire shine and the cleaning of exterior windows and door jambs. Below is a link to book our Wash and Wax service:

Many mobile detailers also offer a service for a simple basic exterior wash without a clay bar treatment or wax application. Some mobile detailers may offer additional services such as paint corrections and ceramic coatings. We don't offer either of these services because it is better to perform these out of the sun in a more controlled environment. Paint correction can be done in the sun, but ceramic coatings should not be applied in direct sunlight. Because many customers aren't able to provide us with a garage and quality lighting to perform these services we don't currently offer them.

Most detailers will also offer a combination of interior and exterior services in different packages.
